Carson’s Steakhouse

A moody, first class steakhouse in downtown Milwaukee at the base of The Moderne, this project presented challenges working within an occupied 30 story high-rise. This space includes one of Milwaukee’s largest restaurant kitchens, a private dining room, and elegant details throughout.
